School of Wooden Architecture was hosted by the Complex of Architectural and Constuctional Schools in Gdansk on June 1-10 2007. Russian pupils from State Kaliningrad Urban College took part in 10 joint classes with 10 their colleagues from Gdansk, they were acquainted with the results of works realized by Polish young people during summer trainings. The classes were devoted to the issues related to monuments conservation, special planning in historic city centres and the revitalization activities in Gdansk. Visits to main monuments in Gdansk and to cultural and educational institutions presenting the city's cultural heritage complemented the classes. Pupils also visited historic objects in Gdansk region and documented them. After the end of this part a photography exhibition with bilingual descriptions was orginised.
